David has taught as an adjunct law professor for South Texas College of Law and currently serves as faculty for the Texas College of Advocacy.  Mr. Burrow is listed in Best Lawyers in America, 1991-2013, and has been named in Texas Super Lawyers by Texas Monthly, 2003-2012.

David received his BS, magna cum laude, from McMurry University in 1958. He later received his JD from the Univertity of Texas School of Law in 1961 and his LLM from Georgetown University Law Center in 1965.
